Ruby-red color, on the nose delicate scent of violet and red berries. In the mouth is fresh and persistent.
Alcoholic fermentation with select yeast at controlled temperature of 28 C°. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. Replacement of wine 3 time a day. After the maceration a soft pressing of the skin with manual press
12 months in steel barrel.
Pasta with meat sauce, red meat, aged and semi-aged cheeses. Serving temperature 16 °C.
