ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

The colour is red with violet hues, the bouquet is clean, intense and rich with varietal notes. The flavour is pleasing, harmonious and fragran.

 VINIFICATION

Red Wine vinification with 12 – 15 days maceration at  controlled temperatures. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation takes place by December.

 REFINING

Refinement in steel to harmonise and enhance varietal scents.

FOOD PAIRING

A versatile wine that pairs well with cold cuts, fresh and  medium aged cheeses, first course dishes and meats. A perfectly drinkable wine that is ideal for every day.
